About the SIG

The purpose of the Knowledge and Learning SIG is to act as a network that facilitates the development of knowledge in the interdisciplinary areas that take as their focus the processes associated with knowledge and learning. These include: management learning, organisational learning, organisational development and knowledge management. The SIG organises a track at the BAM conference annually, holds seminars and workshops, maintains a SIG website.

Contacting the SIG

The SIG welcomes contact with all of those with an interest in knowledge and learning. Whilst the SIG acts as a forum for academic debate, practitioner participation is also important in creating a synergy between theory and practice.
